Who should do this course?
Individuals who previously completed FF3 Customs/CAIO Part 1 or a minimum of 5 years customs experience.
Assessment required for competency.
Outcomes

- Identify the responsibilities of a team leader in ensuring that organisational standards are met.
- Perform international trade calculations.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the basics of local and international trade.

- Identify and classify dangerous goods for transportation.
- Facilitate the forwarding and clearing of dangerous goods for transportation.
- Load/unload dangerous goods for transportation by road.
